Led by Head Coach Marcus Law, with support from Flow Fitness and Nate Sowers, the team went through a full-performance testing session that highlighted their hard work over the past few months. The day included 40-yard dash sprints, agility testing, and an intense grind in the weight room—where effort, focus, and leadership were on full display.
